Residential Loan Application

 

  • Personal Documents

  • Borrower's Authorization Form  

  • W2's for all borrowers

  • Copy of Drivers License & Social Security (All Borrowers)

  • Complete attached Uniform Mortgage Application (1003)

  • Personal Bank Statements (Last 90 Days)

  • 401k and/or Pension Statement (Last Quarter)

  • Copy of Credit Report, Child Support, Divorce Decree, and/or Retirement Letter

  • Tax Returns (Most recent filed for the past 2 yrs.)

  • VA DD-214 (Optional- VA Loan application only)

Commercial Loan Application

 

  • Personal Documents

  • Borrower's Authorization Form 

  • W2's for all borrowers

  • Copy of Drivers License (All borrowers)

  • Complete attached Uniform Commercial Mortgage Application (1003)

  • Business Bank Statements (Last 90 days)

  • 401k and Pension Statement Last Quarter

  • Copy of current lease agreements 

  • Copy of Credit Report, Officers

  • Tax Returns (Most recently filed)

  • VA DD-214 (Optional- VA Loan application only)
